These chemicals can make the damage to the gut worse or it can be the catalyst for damaging the gut. You should try to eat more natural and organic foods. Fruits and vegetables are also a must just make sure you do not eat those that you are allergic from.

Another important thing to note is that you should reduce your medicine intake. Just be sure to consult your doctor first before you alter the dosage of any medicine that you are taking. Also, try not to repeatedly take antibiotics. The side effects of medications and antibiotics can cause leaky gut or worsen an existing one.
